Games Like Moon Sweepers: 10 Co-op Cleaning and Digging Games

Published October 30, 2026 · Updated October 30, 2026

Moon Sweepers hands you a toothbrush and asks you to clean the Moon. You scrub up lunar dust, haul it to a depot, ship it home for cash and spend the money on better tools, bigger storage and eventually cleaning vehicles, with up to 16 friends in the same lobby. It came out on Steam on October 23, 2026, and if you have already cleaned a few craters you are probably looking for the next one.

The ten games below share at least one of the things that make Moon Sweepers work: a ridiculous chore, a weak starting tool, an upgrade loop that makes you visibly faster, and a world that gets cleaner (or emptier) as you play. We sorted them by how close the overall feel is, not by score.

What makes a game feel like Moon Sweepers?

  • A satisfying chore. Cleaning, digging, raking or harvesting, where you can see the finished area grow behind you.
  • Collect, sell, upgrade. Gather stuff, turn it into money, buy the tool that gathers it faster.
  • First-person and hands-on. You do the work yourself before machines take over.
  • Friends optional. Several picks have online co-op, marked in each blurb.

PowerWash Simulator

IncrementalSteam

The obvious first stop, and the closest match if what you love about Moon Sweepers is cleaning with friends. You take power-washing jobs around a small town, strip grime off patios, vans and whole buildings, and buy better washers and nozzles with what you earn. It is a straight cleaning simulator rather than an incremental, so there is no number to push to absurd heights, but the clean-line-behind-you feeling is the same. Career Mode supports online co-op and Free Play takes up to six players. $24.99 on Steam, the priciest pick here.

Sludgineers

IncrementalSteamWindowsmacOS

The closest match on loop. Sludgineers is a cleaning incremental: you blast grime off a polluted countryside, haul the sludge to a refinery and sell what comes out. Cash buys stronger tools, stronger tools clean faster, and faster cleaning opens new areas, which is Moon Sweepers' dust-to-depot cycle moved to Earth. It is single-player and more relaxed, with full controller support. $6.99 on Steam.

A Game About Digging A Hole

IncrementalSteam

The game that started the current wave of first-person chore incrementals. You dig a hole in the garden of your new house, sell what you bring up, and upgrade your shovel and backpack to get deeper. Like Moon Sweepers it starts with a tool that is almost useless and gets satisfying quickly, and a secret at the bottom gives you a reason to keep going. Solo only, short, and $4.99. A co-op beach sequel, A Game About Digging A Hole Together, is due in December 2026.

A Game About Chopping Trees

IncrementalSteam

Same structure, set in a forest. You fell trees, sell the timber, upgrade your axe and swing, then ride a handcar to the next patch of woods. You can replant behind you, and there are no timers or fail states. It has online co-op for two players, so it is the best low-key option if you want to keep playing with one Moon Sweepers teammate. $7.99 on Steam.

Leaf it Alone

IncrementalSteam

Moon Sweepers' cleaning fantasy on a much smaller map. A yard buried in leaves, a rake to start, and tool upgrades that take you up to a leaf blower that clears whole sections at once. A journal of objectives and Steam leaderboards give it a bit more structure than most chore games. Solo, short and $5.99.

Find The Needle

IncrementalSteam

If you liked the moment in Moon Sweepers when vehicles take over the work, this one is built around it. You dig through a haystack of about six million strands by hand, sell the hay, and gradually replace yourself with belts, balers, scanners and robot arms. A tech tree with over 300 upgrades turns it into a small factory game. The full release is set for November 6, 2026, and a demo is free on Steam now.

Quadrillion Carrots

IncrementalSteam

A carrot field instead of a Moon, with the same escalating tool list. You pull carrots by hand, then move to a pitchfork, a vacuum and a grenade launcher, while a helper robot carries boxed carrots to market. Six zones hang off a central hub and clearing one switches its bonus on everywhere. Single-player. The full game is due December 3, 2026, and the demo is free on Steam.

Leaf Blower Revolution - Idle Game

IdleSteamAndroidiOS

The idle take on the same idea: a dull outdoor chore turned into a game that runs for months. You blow leaves for currency and upgrade from a basic blower to absurd tools, with more than 40 areas, pets, crafting and prestige layers. Autoblowers keep working when you step away, so it suits a second monitor between Moon Sweepers sessions. Free on Steam, iOS and Android.

Diggin

IncrementalSteamWindows

Space rocks and a drill. You play a young mole drilling into a meteor crater, collecting ores and spending them in a very large skill tree that improves your drill and gear. A story about a vanished tribe of star-nosed moles runs underneath the digging. Single-player, released July 2026, $6.99 on Steam.

Far Mining

IncrementalSteamWindows

The short, cheap space option. Your ship fires at asteroids on its own while you steer close, and the resources go into a technology tree until you can mine your way out of deep space. It takes about two and a half to three hours, asks very little of you, and costs $2.99. A good palate cleanser if Moon Sweepers left you wanting more space and less dust.
