To The Core

To The Core is an incremental about drilling into planets. You pick a planet in the solar system, drill down and grab as many resources as you can before your fuel runs out. Those resources pay for upgrades to your drill's durability, fuel and damage, along with some odd extra upgrades, so the next dive goes further. Each planet holds different resources and is tougher than the last, so you need upgrades to move on. Fuel is the main limit, and wasting it cuts your trip short. There's also an automatic mastery system. The more of a resource you mine, the more bonuses it gives. Mining 100 iron, for example, raises its drop rate by 5%. Just try not to fall in. It came out on Steam in August 2023 from SomethingExtra. It's a good fit if you like short upgrade loops where each run gets you a little deeper than the one before.
