Fish Lab

Fish Lab is a short incremental where you collect fish for a lab, and the whole thing moves to the beat of its music. You hover your cursor over fish to scoop them up in time with the soundtrack, and the screen can hold up to 100,000 fish at once. Every fish brings in money, and the lab grows on its own as you play, starting small and turning into a huge facility. You pick up a range of collection tools and decide which of them gets extra power. Money goes into a tech tree with more than 200 upgrades, and you can write grants to unlock bigger equipment on top of that. Once you've finished, there are extra modes. Sandbox and Endless let you keep playing, and Zen mode can be installed as a real Windows screensaver. It's by stonecodes and came out on Steam in September 2026. Pick it up if you like rhythm games, or if you want a short incremental that looks busy on screen and doesn't take long to finish.
