Internet Cafe 98

Internet Cafe 98 puts you in charge of a small cafe in 1998 that owns exactly one junk PC. Customers sit down, pay for their time, and that cash goes toward the next machine. The goal is a room packed with computers and people. Clicking any PC opens one screen that shows who is using it, how their session is going, what it has earned and what hardware is inside. You build machines yourself by comparing parts, checking how each one changes things, and putting them together. Upgrading the network is part of the job too. Research runs alongside the cafe. You collect research points and crack data banks to open up new parts and cafe systems, so the cafe keeps changing as you go. It's a retro tycoon game with incremental pacing, and a good pick if you like PC-building sims or late-90s nostalgia. The Steam page lists it for Q4 2026, and the game also has a page on itch.io.
